These corks were captured during a period of time when Jo and I had monthly meetings for the Wine Century Club. The goal of the Wine Century Club was to document tasting at least 100 grape varieties. We used to have monthly meetings at Chinois Asian Bistro in Windsor, which is our favorite restaurant. It’s our go-to location when we don’t want to cook. The Pan Asian menu is fantastic and reasonably priced.
